Learn what information is requested when you submit an enquiry and how to contact StratumX about the data you have shared.
Information you share
The forms request your name, email address, country and a description of your enquiry. The company field is optional. The selected channel, consent to submit and date of receipt are also recorded.
For an initial enquiry, a description of your objective and the available background information is sufficient. You do not need to include identity documents, credentials or confidential technical information.
Purpose of the enquiry
The information is used to understand your requirements and follow up on the conversation. Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to updates or confirm a meeting or a contract.
Your enquiry is saved in a private record, and the website attempts to send a notification to gerencia@stratumx-cc.com. If the mail server does not accept the notification, the record remains available for review. The form does not send automatic confirmation emails to visitors.
Access and site services
Enquiry records are kept outside public web pages and require authorised access to the hosting account. StratumX uses Microsoft 365 to receive form notifications.
The office page includes an external map. Loading or opening that map is also subject to the map provider’s terms.
Enquiries about your information
Use the privacy channel to request information, a correction or a review of the data you have shared. Provide the email address used and the context of the enquiry to help identify it. Submission records the request; follow-up is arranged subsequently.
